Our approach to practicing law is different from many other law firms. Instead of the traditional business model, where several attorneys are driven by the number of hours billed, our firm utilizes modern efficiencies and hires only qualified people.
For example, we have qualified paralegals and assistants instead of numerous associate attorneys. We have lead attorneys in charge of overseeing projects and advising clients instead of being tied to a time clock. Our philosophy is drastically different, and we have found that it results in (1) better quality research and product, (2) better client service, (3) an office environment which is unmatched by our competitors, and (4) a good quality of life for our attorneys and staff.
Additionally, although we utilize the hourly billing arrangement, we use non-traditional methods of billing, including flat fees, contingency fees, results billing, and a combination of the above depending on our clients' needs.
