Mr. Noble graduated from the College of Commerce of the University of Illinois in 1965 where he was a James Scholar and a member of Skull and Crescent, a University scholastic fraternity. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management, served as the Treasurer of the University's Student Senate, and also served as the Rush Chairman and Treasurer for his fraternity, Beta Theta Pi. Following graduation, Mr. Noble enrolled in the University of Illinois College of Law from which he graduated in two and a half years in February of 1968 earning a Doctorate of Jurisprudence.

Mr. Noble concentrates his practice in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Federal Estate Tax.

Past & Present Organizations, Interests, & Activities: 

In 2006-07, Mr. Noble served as the President of the 300 member Peoria Downtown Rotary Club .

Mr. Noble was selected for inclusion in the 1997 First Edition of Leading American Attorneys, Illinois Estate, Tax & Real Estate Lawyers & Law.

Mr. Noble has been selected by the Illinois State Retirement System to lecture at annual Estate Planning Seminars to State of Illinois employees in Central Illinois.

Mr. Noble has participated as a lecturer and panelist in numerous television and radio programs dealing with the subjects of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Federal Estate and Gift Tax.

Served as President, Treasurer, and Secretary of the 600 member Peoria County Bar Association. Also served as the Chairman of seven Committees and as a member of the Association's Board of Directors on numerous occasions.

Served as the first President and an Incorporator of Prairie State Legal Services, Inc.

Served as President of the Central Illinois Legal Aid Society.

Served as President of the Greater Peoria Legal Aid Society.

Served as President of Willow Knolls Country Club.

Served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Estate Planning Council of Central Illinois.
