Municipal Law

Picture
We have long represented some of Central Illinois' governmental entities. From issues relating to bonds, special assessments, zoning ordinances, budgets, and tax levies, we have the expertise and knowledge to successfully represent almost any municipality.

A sample of our clients in this area include: the Village of Brimfield, Brimfield Township, the Greater Peoria Sanitary District, the Brimfield Fire Protection District, and the Brimfield Sanitary District.

We attend most meetings, prepare minutes of such meetings, draft ordinances (including budgets and tax levies), collect unpaid user and ordinance violations and fees, assist in the acquisition of real estate, and such other matters as may be required.
