Mr. Johnson was born in Peoria on June 1, 1944 and graduated from Peoria schools. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in Commerce and Law in 1966. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1968.
