History
On January 1, 1946, our firm opened with a simple announcement:
FREDERICK V. ARBER, TIMOTHY W. SWAIN, and ARBER JOHNSON announce the formation of a partnership for the general practice of law, under the firm name of ARBER, SWAIN & JOHNSON with offices on the ninth floor of the Central National Bank Building.
With the death of one of its founders, Frederick Arber, and the addition of a new partner, Mishael O. Gard, the firm changed its name in 1949 to Swain, Johnson & Gard. With the retirement of Timothy Swain and Mishael Gard and the death of Arber Johnson, the firm again changed its name in 1996 to its present name, Johnson, Bunce & Noble, P.C.
Since its formation, our firm has represented individuals, businesses, and govermental entities in key areas of the law. Our clients range anywhere from the elderly to international business concerns. We are proud of our heritage and our continued focus on achieving our clients' goals.
