Creditors' Rights

Picture
One of our largest areas of practice is creditors' rights. We handle high- and low-volume accounts for local and national companies. Those companies selected us even though this industry is highly competitive. They picked us for a reason - we have high collection rates, we treat debtors with dignity, and we keep our clients informed.

Our practice is especially devoted to collection of accounts receivables, lien laws, foreclosures, and bankruptcy litigation.
