Becoming a Client

We represent over 1,200 individuals, businesses, and governmental entities, some since our opening day in 1946. As a result, we have numerous client requests from referrals, word-of-mouth, and our marketing strategy. Unfortunately, we cannot help everyone or every business. We are selective in choosing our clients because we realize we are who we represent.

Becoming a client of our firm is a process. First, you must complete the New Client Information Form (see below) and submit it to us. Second, we review this form and do our due diligence in reviewing information available to us. Third, we usually follow up with an initial consultation (consulation fees may apply unless waived). Finally, if we believe you would be a good fit for us (and vice versa), we commence representation.

In addition to the primary attorney in charge, usually a team of, at the minimum, one associate attorney and one paralegal or other qualified staff member, is assigned to you matter. Feel free to contact anyone on your team.

NOTE TO CURRENT CLEINTS: You need not go through this process for each matter you have. Please simply call the attorney you are familiar with in our firm.
